PSA8550 is a: 19mm x 25 Metres Coroplast Wire Harness Tape. This wire harness tape is designed to keep your wiring together and out of the way.
This tape is ideal for being used in the automotive industry, and has been officially approved for use on the following models: BMW, Changan, Daimler, Fiat, Ford, Vauxhall / Opel, General Motors, Mazda, Nissan, Renault, Volkswagen to name a few.
This tape has numerous benefits. These are that it is:

Coroplast's RT wire harness tapes are wrapped adhesive on adhesive so that only the carrier and not the adhesive comes into contact with the harness.

This tape is designed as a wire harness and control tape. This make it ideal to keep wires grouped together.

The carrier for this tape is a a stitch-bonded PET (non-woven).

This tape is 25 metres in length and 19mm wide, and 0.45mm thick.

How to apply this tape
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from grease and dirt.
We recommended using a cleaning agent such as: Propan-2-ol.{IPA}.
Please note the manufacturer's safety instructions should be followed and customers are recommended to ensure compatibility of the solvent and their substrate. Ideal bonding substrates are those which are: clean, dry, flat, smooth, dust free and non-porous.
Low temperatures may increase the risk of condensation, reducing the tack of the product. As a result, life expectancy will vary with temperature and humidity.
This tape may be applied by hand direct from a roll applying even pressure.

- Hi Sue Thankyou for this enquiry. The fine line masking tapes are normally used in Automotive applications and so used on high energy surfaces such as metal.
