Who are HS Butyl International?
HS Butyl Ltd is a Hodgson company. They have over 45 years experience in manufacturing butyl tapes, and developing formulations for many different applications. Along with their experience, they are a global supplier of high quality, technically proven tapes.
Their butyl tapes are used across the world, in over 50 countries and counting, and strive to manufacture quality sealants which perform better and last longer, and are certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, with their our own in-house R&D facility.
HS Butyl International, are a privately owned family business, which allows them to make decisions, to be flexible and to connect with their customers on an intimate level.
They are passionate about butyl tapes, and focus only on butyl tape manufacture. They own a large purpose built butyl manufacturing plant in the south of England and have invested £1.5m in a new continuous mixer to gives them unrivalled consistency of mix resulting in uniform performance of all their products.

Butyl Sealant Tape High Performance GCA
These waterproof Butyl Sealant Tape High Performance GCA has a large number of application uses due to it creating a waterproof seal when applied. These are relatively odour free and ideal for: glazing applications, stopping leaks between glass and frames, beading for greenhouse glass and frames, sunroofs on cars, sealing windows on yachts and boats, external metal sheeting – sealing end and side laps in steel and aluminium roofing systems, sealing roof lights, car headlights, ridge and eaves sealing in combination with foam fillers, metal liner sheeting – sealing end laps, sealing metal flashings, sealing penetrations to roof and wall cladding and lots, lot more.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my VW bus from the ground up. The underfloor, after painting with epoxy paint, needed all the seams and gaps sealing. I wanted to use a product that was easier to use than brushable and tube applied sealers. I wanted to find a sealant on a roll if I could. I did a web search and found PSA Solutions who ticked the right box. Great choice and great descriptions of their range of butyl tape and an ease to order from. Delivery was extra fast (2 days). The tape was very easy to apply and very adhesive to the panels ( don't get it stuck to itself when applying !) and also looked really neat and tidy, just what I wanted it to look like.
