PSA2219D is an: 25mm x 1mm x 50 Metre Automotive Double Sided Polyethene Foam Tape. This tape is an automotive grade double sided foam black two faced tape, with an: acrylic adhesive, coated on both sides and is an ideal: car badge adhesive sticky tape. This Automotive Double Sided Foam Tape, also has a film release liner for easy removal during difficult applications and was formulated for permanent badge or decal mounting on vehicles.
This tape is a closed cell polyethylene foam double – sided mounting tape for permanent bonding, mounting and fixing applications. This tapes has been specifically designed for applications in the automotive after care market; however, it can be used for other suitable non automotive applications.
This tape is ideal as a double sided contact tape for cars and other vehicles.
Carrier information
This adhesive tape's carrier is a black closed cell polyethylene foam, 1mm thick. The cell structure is even and smooth giving the ideal surface for adhesive coating.
The foam is even cross – linked giving good cohesive strength.
Liner Information
This automotive double sided foam tape features a green low-density Polyethylene (LDPE) Liner.
This liner has a differential silicone coating, which give it good release characteristics.
Feature Information
U.V light, chemical and plasticizer resistant acrylic adhesive
This tape has a great U.V, chemical and plasticizer resistance, making it ideal for use in areas of direct sunlight.
Humidity Resistant
High humidity has little effect on the adhesive performance of this tape.
Internal and External applications
This tape is ideal for a wide variety of applications both: internal and external.
Excellent all weather performance
The tape has excellent all weather performance withstanding both high and and low temperatures.

This adhesive is a: high quality solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, which is cross – linked to give excellent all round performance in the most demanding of applications.
Applications Information
With its U.V resistance and strong acrylic adhesive, this automotive tape is ideal for use out doors, and can be used for applications such as: applying nameplates and car badges to a variety of surfaces and substrates.

Returns Information

Prompt delivery, Very easy to apply with lots of adhesion. Should work great securing rubbing strips on my 1968 DS and save drilling holes in newly painted doors.
