PAYMENT All goods shall be paid for in full using our online facility prior to goods being despatched. In the event that PSA Solutions agree to provide credit facilities, then our standard credit application must be completed and returned to us prior to goods being despatched.
DELIVERY PSA Solutions will do everything possible in order to meet the delivery times specified, however, we will not be held liable should factors outside of our control prevent an order being delivered on time.PSA Solutions will ensure that all orders reach the customer within 30 days. In the event that goods ordered are found to be out of stock, the customer will be advised of the new delivery status and offered a full refund if required. Delivery is charged at £5.50 per order to all mainland UK destinations. For destinations outside the UK mainland please contact us prior to placing your order.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION/PRICING PSA Solutions will ensure that all product specifications, descriptions, and prices are kept upto date at all times. We also reserve the right to change this information without prior notification.
RETURNS POLICY If goods are damaged in transit or are accepted by PSA Solutions as being faulty due to factors beyond our control, the customer will be advised to return such goods and a full refund may be offered should the customer not require replacement goods. PSA Solutions reserve the right to apply charges for handling and transit on such occasions. It is the customers responsibility to check goods in the presence of the courier and if required note when signing that goods have been damaged. Alternatively just a signature will confirm that goods have been received in good order and that thereafter refunds can not be considered.
LIABILTY It is the buyers sole responsibility to determine the suitability of any product purchased from our website. We recommend that all products are tested prior to full use. In the event that a product should fail due to factors beyond our control, PSA Solutions may offer to refund the cost of, or replace the product. PSA Solutions will not be held liable for any additional claims by either the buyer or any third party. Without affecting any statutory rights the customer will indemnify PSA Solutions against any liability arising from third party claims after goods have been accepted on delivery. The customer will indemnify PSA Solutions any claims made for infringment of patents or registered designs/trade marks as a result of PSA Solutions meeting the customers requirements.
